چکیده

Human exposure to lead could pose serious health challenges, especially among occupationally-exposed workers. Though several toxicological studies have been carried out on toxic in humans regarding their levels, reactions and disease conditions; dearth data exists terms of correlation levels with markers subsequent manifested conditions. This study therefore aims investigate the association between specific biomarkers used monitoring some occupationally exposed individuals comparing values non-exposed individuals. A total 116 subjects (72 44 subjects) within age range 17– 50 years were studied a cross-sectional conducted August 2021 November Gurara Suleja areas, Niger state, Nigeria. Blood hepato-renal indices hematological parameters analyzed using atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS) abacus 380 analyzer, respectively. The mean blood 26.8±5.4 μg/dL subjects, while subject’s 3.7±2.1 μg/dL. results showed that occupational increases level lead, implicating variables elevating which consequently increase risk Therefore, taking note other body burdens, synergistic adoption these indicative biomarker tests be give an implicative assessment toxicity.
